Azerbaijan U-21 squad announced for Euro qualifiers
Azerbaijan's under-21 team has named a 25-man squad for upcoming European Championship qualifiers against the Czech Republic, Scotland and Gibraltar.
AFFA has announced the 25-player squad for the Azerbaijan U-21 national team ahead of their upcoming European Championship qualifying matches. The team will face Czechia at home on September 25, play Scotland away on September 30, and host Gibraltar on October 6.
The squad includes Nəriman Axundzadə, who plays for Erzurumspor in Turkey, alongside other players such as Elyas Bağcı from Hertha, Lorenzo Mezzotero from Sampdoria, and Mustafa Kamara from Sint-Truiden. Additional selections feature representatives from domestic clubs including Qarabağ, Sabah, Sumqayıt, Qəbələ, Araz-Naxçıvan, Şamaxı, İmişli, MOİK, and Şəfa.
