Dambrauskas praises talented youngster Khayal Aliyev
Sabah coach Valdas Dambrauskas hailed returning youngster Xəyal Əliyev as one of Azerbaijan's most talented players after their win against Qəbələ.
Sabah head coach Valdas Dambrauskas commented on his side's 4-0 away win against Qəbələ in the 8th round of the Misli Premyer Liqasi. Dambrauskas expressed happiness over the return of long-term injured player Khayal Aliyev, who played 7-8 minutes and provided an assist.
The coach praised Əliyev as one of Azerbaijan's most talented players and stated that Sabah will begin preparations for their match against Borussia after returning to Baku. Qəbələ head coach Yeton Bekiri blamed the defeat on missed chances in the first half, conceding from a set piece just before the break, and defensive mistakes in the second half that included three goals conceded in the last 15 minutes.
