Azerbaijani FIFA referee Elchin Masiyev has received a UEFA appointment to officiate the Europa League league stage second-round match between Celje and Omonia. The fixture takes place on October 15 in Slovenia at the Celje Stadium, starting at 20:45 Baku time.
