Sumqayıt have strengthened their squad with the signing of Swedish goalkeeper Marko Johansson on a deal running until the end of the season.

Sumqayıt has signed goalkeeper Marko Yohansson until the end of the season. The 28-year-old Swedish player will wear the number 16 jersey after previously playing for Tractor in Tabriz.
Yohansson is a product of Malmö and has also featured for Hamburg, Bochum, and Eintracht Braunschweig. He additionally represented Sweden at various youth levels from U-15 to U-21.
